Dear Mr. VP,
You’ve previously given speeches in which you’ve described the conversation between your family members about immigrating to America. Your great-grandmother encouraged your grandfather to make the dangerous journey. “You need to go to America because there’s a future there for you,” you quote her as saying.
Which makes this speech particularly…oh, I don’t know. Hypocritical?
